1. co-operate in the field of city management through the exchange of experience and information on a mutual basis among others in the following areas, strategic urban planning, public utilities, clean water management, municipal real estate management, protection of environment and city transportation management; 2. support with all possible means the tourism cooperation between the two cities and share information on eventual tourism campaigns and provide information for interested citizens about the partner city; 3. share the view that exchange of ideas in the fields of culture and arts greatly contributes to a better mutual understanding. Within the scope of their possibilities, the Parties shall develop their co-operation and exchange experiences in the protection of historical and cultural heritage; 4. undertake the utmost efforts to improve both bilateral economic, scientific and technological co-operation and support the establishment of other mutually agreed co-operation pursuant to their laws and regulations; 5. welcome promotion of City Council cooperation and, to extent possible, support and facilitate the co-operation of non-municipal institutions in line with this Protocol.
