a) Joint study to define the most appropriate technology and technical solutions with the most efficient procurement and industrial scheme for the AFC/Ticketing system in the next phase of MRT; b Any other ticketing related solutions derived from the joint study; and, c) Collaboration in providing consulting services for other public transport operators, in other provinces in Indonesia, who intent to implement their integrated public transport fare collection system. For the avoidance of doubt, the parties are not obligated or bound by the Letter of Intent to enter into the MOU.
